Chinese aluminum extrusions: 86.01% China-wide rate finalized for 18 companies
An 86.01 percent ad valorem antidumping assessment rate applies to all entries of subject aluminum extrusions during the May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025 period of review that were exported by the 18 companies listed in the notice. Commerce finalized their placement in the China-wide entity because they did not establish separate-rate eligibility; the China-wide rate was not changed by this review and the result is applicable August 17, 2026. For subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after August 17, 2026, China exporters without a separate rate receive the 86.01 percent China-wide cash-deposit rate. Previously examined China and non-China exporters with separate rates continue at their most recently completed segment rate, while a non-China exporter without its own separate rate receives the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied it. Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions no earlier than September 21, 2026, and a timely summons may delay liquidation of relevant entries until the period to seek a statutory injunction expires, stated as within 90 days after publication.
