Greco stores your email, consent and delivery metadata in D1. Reply content stays only in the isolated conversation instance, is never placed in analytics logs, and is removed after 90 days. If you share a standing watch note or topic focus, it is stored with your subscription and used only to make answers to your own replies specific to your practice; update or clear it any time by replying. We do not use open-tracking pixels. Do not send confidential or client-identifying information.
